It's been a while since i've done a clothing post.. I have a bit of a love/hate relationship with them as personally they are something i love to read on other blogs, yet i hate taking the photographs for my own posts as i find it's hard to make them look good. Anyway, i thought it was about time i did one, and this is stuff i've collected since before i went on holiday.. It's quite a lot of stuff.. so prepare yourselves!!
Black & Mint waist belts - Primark
Lace Dolly Bow - Primark
Floral Headband - Primark
I'm loving mint at the moment, so this belt had to be mine. And the headbands i thought would be great for the beach as they make any boring tied up hairstyle look pretty.
Cream/White Croc Effect Satchel Bag - Primark
I wanted a nuetral/light coloured bag to take away with me and this was perfect.. except i took it out of my suitcase at the last minute to save on weight!
American Apparel Mini Dress with Lace Print - ASOS
I love anything lace and i saw this online and just knew i had to have it. I love the deep scooped back and the figure hugging style. Definitely one for a night out.
Yellow and Coral Blouses - both £10 Primark
I always opt for cream or white when i buy sheer shirts, so i thought it was about time i got more daring and injected some colour into my wardrobe. So i went for a lovely pastel yellow and a really bright coral colour as i thought they would be perfect for Spring.
Peach Skater Dress - Missguided [link]
Looks lovely when on, but the photographs don't really do it much justice. This is a little bit long on me at the moment (i usually have to shop in the 'petite' sections in shops due to my lack of height) so i'm planning on taking an inch off the length with the help of my trusty sewing machine - wish me luck!
ASOS Petite - Puffball Shorts in 'Eggshell Blue' [Link]
One of my best buys so far. I love the colour and they fit perfectly around the waist - i've worn these with jumpers tucked in and with plain coloured body suits. They just add to any outfit. I love them :)
Lace Crop Top - New Look
I love anything cream and lacy! I wore this over my bikini a couple of times on holiday, and i find it goes nicely with the mint coloured shorts or thrown over a simple black vest top.
Skull Print Scarf - Primark
I know, everybody seems to have this scarf now. I'm not usually one for skulls and whatnot but i just loved this for some reason. Very Alexander Mcqueen-esque... but without the hefty price tag!
Nude Blazer - £19 - Primark
Primark of all places. I've been after a nude blazer for absolutely ages and never find the right one. I've been wearing this with everything just recently, and it will look lovely over my Spring dresses when the weather warms up slightly. I also love the ruched three quarter length sleeves.
Coral Platform Heels - New Look
I bought these to wear with certain outfits on holiday. Love 'em!
Nude Floral Sandals - £6 - Primark
I thought these were so cute for my holiday! And for £6 i wasn't going to be reduced to tears if a camel ate them or anything like that...
Leather Jacket - Zara
I bought this in Lanzarote for 40 Euros (i know i was shocked to find they had a Zara too), after arriving and realising we weren't going to be getting much sunshine. It was the cloudiest holiday i have ever had and i didn't think to pack warm things (we always go away in Feb and it's always really hot - i think we were a bit unlucky). I'm almost thankful that we had a bit of crappy weather anyway because if not i wouldn't have this little beaut in my life..
Floral Scarf - Random Boutique in Lanzarote
Coral Scarf - Bershka
I also stocked up on scarves whilst in Lanzarote and i didn't fancy sitting in the open-air bars at night shivering! So i picked up the coral one from Bershka (i love Bershka but i wish we had more in the UK!) and then i spotted the pink floral one in a pretty little accessory shop.
And there you have it. I know it's a lot and yes i have been a little naughty with my shopping habits of late, and believe me my bank balance is looking a little dishevelled to say the least...
I'm very much looking forward to my next pay day...
Hope you've all had lovely weekends!
